About Elizabeth Park Healthcare
Elizabeth Park Healthcare exists to serve the communities of Elizabeth and surrounding areas.
First Opened in November 2023, the practice has been purposed for the convenience of patients.
Our facility has both GP's and allied health practitioners including SA Pathology, Podiatry, Physiotherapy, Diabetes Educator, Exercise Physiologist, and a Dietitian.
